Technical Support :

  1. Training. WhereNEXT provides Getting Started training at our office for new subscribers.

  2. No installation of application. There is no application need to be installed to access WIS. All that is required is a computer with internet browser and internet connection. WIS supports the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and above, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari 4.

  3. Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player. If your computer has not been installed with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player, free downloads are available at Adobe Website .

  4. Further Assistance. This is available for WIS subscribers who require information that cannot be found within our database. We provide further assistance on the basis that you have attempted and exhausted the search within WIS. Call us at our Hotline 6538 3038 or Email us at support@wherenext.com.sg providing us your query along with your NRIC for verification. For urgent request, you may call William Lai at 9668 2657.

  5. Phone Support. WhereNEXT provides phone support for WIS subscribers during office hours (Mondays - Fridays | 9am - 6pm). Please provide us your NRIC for verification.
